DECEMBER 2024
We are excited to share with you the first newsletter of the Feminist Agroecology Network! We envision this Network to be a grassroot-informed platform that brings together scholars, activists and practitioners working on regenerative agriculture and processes of agrarian transformations through feminist and decolonial approaches. The Network was created as the outcome of the workshop “Seeding Futures:Connecting Feminist Political Ecology and Agroecology”, to provide a forum where to share learnings, connect with each other and enlarge the conversation.
The mailing list is managed by Arianna Tozzi (University of Manchester) Enid Still (University of Passau) and Irene Leonardelli (University of Calabria). We encourage subscribers to make use of this forum by posting relevant content (events, articles, resources, calls for fundings etc) but also engage in discussions that create synergies and build a sense of community. The content posted should not be limited to English, as we would like the platform to reflect the different languages of the people who are part of this network.
To contribute to the conversation, send your email to feminist_agroecology_network@lists.riseup.net
Wishing you a wonderful end of the year!
